We would like to trade or exchange our house, villa, condo, apartment, what ever you would like to call it, for a boat. This trade or exchange would have a time frame of about a year in length. We own a villa on St. John, in the U.S. Virgin Islands. It is on nearly 1/2 of an acre, is 2 story and has an apartment on the ground floor which we have been using as a short term rental for the past 3 years. If you own a sailboat or yacht in the 45-55 foot range and would like to be a landlubber for awhile, we would like to talk to you and work something out.
